Basil Peach Salsa



Basil Peach Salsa
 

2 medium peaches, chopped (fresh, ripe, and fantastic!)
1 medium heirloom tomato, chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 serrano or jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
1 Tbs. fresh basil, minced
1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
sea salt

 

Combine all ingredients and gently toss.  
Allow to “marinate” at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge to allow for the flavors to fully develop.

 

This will knock your socks off!
