Fresh Berry Basil Salad

Berries paired with the intoxicating aroma of fresh basil and the tongue-twisting bite of fresh basil make a delightful summer salad, I must say.  And, drizzled with a splash of uniqueness, I was impressed.

Fresh Berry Salad:

1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. fresh blackberries
1/2 c. fresh raspberries
1 handful fresh basil, chopped
1/2 c. fresh feta, crumbled
A small drizzle of Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar (for a unique sweetness)… and..
The tiniest splash of vanilla extract for a surprising and familiar spin for the taste buds

 

Gently toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
