S’more Cloud Bites 

1/2 package Honey Graham Crackers
1 stick butter (1 cup) + 1 Tbs., melted
1 package marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped pecans
1 medium Hershey’s chocolate bar

 

In a high-speed blender or food processor, process the graham crackers until powdered. 

 

Combine with the melted butter (1 cup) and press into the bottom of an “8×8″ glass baking dish for the crust.


Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the marshmallows. 

Stirring constantly, melt the sugared puffs. Reduce heat to very low and fold in cream and pecans.

Once fully combined, pour the marshmallow cloud mixture over the prepared crust. 
Chill at least 1 hour.


Once cooled, grate the chocolate bar over the clouds and chill once again before cutting into bite-sized clouds of goodness.
