Roast Beef Puff Pastry Wrap


Roast Beef Puff Pastry Wrap 

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
6 oz. roast beef, thinly sliced
1 large handful of fresh spinach
3 Tbs. homemade (or your favorite brand) Italian dressing
1 egg white

 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface. 

Line with the Swiss and then the roast beef. 

Toss the spinach leaves with the dressing and place atop the roast beef. 

Roll the pastry into a cylinder, twist, and then form into a circular ball (kind of like a cinnamon roll).

Brush with the egg white.

 

Bake for about 25 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.

 

Slice and serve while still hot!
