Mint Mojito Artisanal Bread 

3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt

8 Tbs. butter, room temperature
zest of 2 limes
1 Tbs. raw cane sugar

 

Follow the directions for Easy Artisan Bread, adding the fresh mint to the flour.

 

Serve with the sweetened lime butter (whip all ingredients together).
