3-2-1 Mug Cake: Single Serve Microwave Mug Cake

You know when you’re in a pinch and you just want a teeny tiny bit of something sweet?

Just a bite ...

… not too much, but just enough.

Here’s the solution.

3-2-1 Mug Cake 

3 Tbs. - 2 Tbs. - 1 min.

1 box cake mix (any flavor)
1 box angel food cake mix

Pour 1 box Angel Food cake mix and 1 box any flavor cake mix into a gallon-size Ziploc bag.

Zip it up tight and begin to shake it well to make sure cake mixes are combined thoroughly.

 

 

3 Tbs. Mug Cake mix (see above)
2 Tbs. water
1 minute in the microwave (in a greased mug)

Wham – Bam! You’ve got your own little personal bite of cake!
