Butter Pecan Bourbon Ice Cream


Butter Pecan Bourbon Ice Cream 

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup Bourbon Candied Pecans

 

Beat together the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form – very stiff. 

Fold in the nuts.


Transfer to a freezing dish and freeze overnight.

 

Drizzle with chocolate, if you dare.
