Sweet Tangy Salty Steak Spread

1 large sweet potato, peeled and baked until soft
8 oz. mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. rosemary salt
black pepper to taste
1/2 cup thinly sliced cured olives

 

Mash together the sweet potato and cheese, along with the salt until smooth and creamy. Adjust the black pepper to your taste.

 

Slather over anything and everything, and then top with sliced olives.
