Sweet Corn Ice Cream


Sweet Corn Ice Cream 

1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
14 oz. creamed style corn
1/4 tsp. sea salt

 

Beat together the cream and sweetened condensed milk until ultra-thick and fluffy.


This will take several minutes. 


You want stiff peaks to form. 


Then gently beat in the corn and salt.


Transfer to a container to freeze for several hours before scooping!
