Blueberry Dark Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream




We all know that ice cream is truly heaven on earth. This simple, 3-ingredient no churn ice cream is one step above heaven with dark chocolate and blueberries.

It’s as easy as the 1-2-3 ingredients – well, you can add a 4th or a 5th (just a sprinkle of each), but you get the picture.

Blueberry Dark Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream 

4 cups heavy whipping cream
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
15 oz. dark chocolate-covered freeze-dried blueberries
(+1 tsp. vanilla extract +1 tsp. sea salt)

 

Using a stand mixer, beat the cream for about 10 minutes, until just beginning to thicken. 


Drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to beat until stiff.


Fold in the dark chocolate blueberries (and sea salt and vanilla).

 

Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours or overnight.
