Probably not.

This fudge will cost you an arm and a leg to make, but it’s totally worth every.single.bite! 😋🥰😍🤤

Chocolate Blackberry Macadamia Lime Fudge

4 cups granulated sugar
8 oz. salted European butter, 2 sticks
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 1/2 cups chocolate chips, 3 cups DARK chocolate, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate
13 oz. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup blackberry preserves
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
zest of 1 fresh lime

In a large stockpot, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the sugar. Stir and stir, over LOW heat, until melted and fully combined and the sugar is “melted.

Add in the cream and chocolate chips and continually stir until soft and combined, again.

Add the marshmallow cream and vanilla, and whisk until mostly combined, still with some marshmallow swirls (just for fun).

Line an 8×8″ baking dish with parchment and transfer the fudge mixture to the pan.

Add the blackberry preserves and swirl in with a butter knife until fully incorporated.

Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and fresh blackberries.

Transfer to the fridge to cool overnight.

Top with fresh lime zest.

Remove from the pan (lifting the parchment paper) and slice to serve.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, as well, if desired.

Heaven.On.Earth! 🤤😋🤤😋 NOT even ONE bite should be wasted.
