Honey Lemon Spicy Soba Noodles



Preserved Meyer Lemons.

Spicy honey.


Buckwheat soba noodles.

 

I think we’re all on board here.


It’s tangy, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and savory, for sure. YUM!




Honey Lemon Spicy Soba Noodles 

1/2 lb. soba noodles (buckwheat noodles – gluten-free)
1/3 cup Preserved Lemons, rinsed and sliced
3 Tbs. spicy honey
1 Tbs. olive oil
sea salt and pepper

 

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.


Add the noodles and cook al dente, 3-5 minutes.


Drain.


Stir in the lemons, honey, oil, and salt and pepper, mixing over very low heat.


Once all the noodles are coated in the tangy, sweet, spicy goodness, serve hot!
