I’m no stranger to gut and intestinal issues – boy can you tell in my disposition if neither of those are having the best day – I’m simply not “mind happy.”
But, HOLY CRAP, does “Holy Crap” make me feel good in any and every way.

It’s got ALL the good stuff.

Of course, you’ve heard of the gut-brain connection, right? AND how “health” and wellness in both areas lead to a healthy heart, a healthy soul, a healthy body, a healthy immune system, and simply heavenly disposition: HOLY CRAP 💩😁


This, and sleeping, are my two favorite things in the world.
If you didn’t know me well enough before to really “ingest” this trait of mine, well, now you do.

I’m no stranger to the ingredients in Holy Crap cereals: chia seeds, hemp hearts, buckwheat, and a little cinnamon spice. That’s it.


You soak a few Tablespoons with another few Tablespoons of good old H2O (or plant-based milk of your choice), and viola! In a few minutes, you’ve got yourself a super tasty, duper textured, gut-mind delight. This has truly become my new routine.

 

In addition to my FAVORITE just basic Holy Crap cereal (which you can scoop on top of anything – steel coat oats, cooked buckwheat or rice, yogurt – dairy free – pudding parfaits, dairy-free ice cream, NUT BUTTERS, or even stir in with your favorite protein powder for a really THICK delight – then options are endless), a few flavors are available as well:

-Apple Cinnamon
-Blueberry Apricot
-Mango Coconut
-Maple + Gluten Free Oats

 

In all honesty, with the Natural being my most favorite selection, I really enjoy the “swelling” of the dried fruit in the other varieties. After just a few minutes of soaking, these fruit babies plump up into sincere perfection!

 

I was a bit skeptical about the oat mixture (maple is not my favorite flavor), but I actually loved it!
