Chocolate Truffle Celebration Bark

Are you tired of Christmas cookies yet?

Maybe not – I know many a Cookie Monster.

I also know many a chocolate lover who would be thrilled to allow a bit of chocolate to melt in their mouth any and every day.

Thus, rather than serving cookies again tonight as part of your New Year’s Eve (or Day) celebration, take 3 minutes and easily create some mouth-watering and gorgeously delicious chocolate bark – made with Lindor Truffles!

Chocolate Truffle Celebration Bark

3 cups assorted flavors Lindt Lindor Truffles
candy sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the truffles in halves, thirds, or quarters and lay them out flat on the sheet.

Bake for about 3 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the flavors are melding together.

WATCH the oven carefully, not to burn the chocolate.

Remove from the oven.

Use a toothpick to swirl all the assortments together.

Cool for several hours.

Sprinkle with candy decor as desired, while the chocolate is still slightly tacky.

Refrigerate until solid and then break apart to serve.

Store in the fridge or freezer before serving.
