Superfood Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies

I don’t often crave chocolate. BUT when I do, the craving runs deep and wide. It’s primal – and it’s only for the best of the best: SUPERFOOD chocolate – Righteous Cacao.

I fell in love with Audrey’s chocolate’s years ago. Oh, that Rose Chocolate – and the Maca Bars (and don’t forget the CBD Bites and the Dark Chocolate Bars…oh wait, I also love the Lucuma Bars).

Yes, this is why ALL the goodies are included in these cookies. Not only are the chocolates super delicious, but they are also truly SUPER FOODS.

I ONLY put the best in my body – this body is all that I have, here on earth, right? Might as well treat it right. I can’t get enough!

Along with a hefty dose of raw almond butter, these Superfood Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies are a super dream.

Superfood Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies

1 cup vegan butter (or vegan butter), room temperature
1 cup raw almond butter, creamy
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk (vegan SCM also works)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
14 oz. superfoods chocolate bars from Righteous Cacao (all your favorite flavors), roughly chopped

Using a stand or had mixer, cream together the butter, almond butter, SCM, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth and fluffy.

Add the flour and mix in 1/2 cup at a time.

Once combined, fold in the amazing chunks of superfood chocolate (6 bars).

Transfer the dough to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Remove the dough from the fridge and scoop into 1″ balls, placing on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until just beginning to brown.

Remove from oven and cool for 10-12 minutes, again, before enjoying with your favorite glass of plant-based mylk, or simply gobbling up by the handful.

These cookies are SUPER. They are superfoods!
