Espresso Chai Chocolate Cookies
Just like a dirty chai, with a Nutella filled crepe for breakfast, all your tastebuds will be satisfied for the day with this kick-start, kick-ass cookie recipe!

What is Java? It is the same Infinitely Delicious chai latte mix as Pi Chai Original with the addition of espresso. Pi Chai Java will help kickstart your day and keep you going. – I guess that means COOKIES for BREAKFAST! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 (And, Nutella is often eaten for breakfast, as well). This is truly a double dose of breakfast sweet!
Espresso Chai Chocolate Cookies
12 Tbs. butter or shortening, room temperature (1 1/2 sticks butter)
1 cup Nutella (chocolate hazelnut butter)
1 13.4 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
10 oz. Pi Chai Java powder
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Using a stand mixer, cream together the butter or shortening with the Nutella and sweetened condensed milk.
Add the milk, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add the Pi Chai Java mix and flour, gradually, until doughy and well combined.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Scoop 1″ balls onto parchment lined baking dishes.
Flatten into discs.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.
Cool for 10-15 minutes before devouring.
