Rosemary Garlic Cheesy Pull Apart Bread & Tomato Balsamic Reduction Dipping Sauce

Pull-apart bread is basically warm, cheesy garlic bread that’s cut into perfectly pluckable little cubes so that you can eat it with your hands.

Basically, this is the best thing since sliced bread.

Almost.

You really need to add in the fresh Tomato Balsamic Reduction Sauce – and now we are talking!

A boule of freshly baked rustic bread, with a hint of rosemary and olive oil baked inside, crammed full of cheesy garlic spread, topped with a touch of Parmesan and mozzarella, baked, and then dunked into the most amazing cherry tomato and balsamic reduction sauce – you’ll be baking this, pulling apart chunks, and devouring every.single.day!

Rosemary Garlic Cheesy Pull Apart Bread & Tomato Balsamic Reduction Dipping Sauce

1 recipe Easy Artisan Bread + 1-2 Tbs. olive oil + 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, minced

2 oz. Garlic & Fine Herb Boursin Cheese
2 oz. roughly shredded mozzarella cheese
1 oz. roughly shredded Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper

1 Tbs. olive oil
2 cups fresh cherry tomatoes
sea salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, smashed and smooshed
1 Tbs. balsamic reduction

Prepare the Easy Artisan Bread as directed.

Cool for several hours.

Preheat the oven, again, to 425 degrees.

Score the bread into a diagonal grid in two directions, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom of the loaf. The slices are to create cubes of bread—about one inch tall—that are still attached to the bread base, with just enough space between the cubes to cram a good amount of cheesy goodness.

Speaking of, cram and shove that Boursin cheese inside the slits. This is not an easy task. It’s messy and a pain in the neck. Do your best.

Next, transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes, or so, until the cheese is bubbly and brown.

Remove from the oven.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the olive oil, tomatoes, and salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil.

Break down the tomatoes with the back of a spatula.

Once saucy and well cooked, add the garlic and balsamic reduction.

Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes, while the bread cools.

Bread the garlic clove down (smooshing).

Once the dipping sauce is thick and done, serve alongside the cheesy bread.

Pull apart, dunk, devour. ðŸ˜‹

Top with fresh basil and additional ground pepper, if desired.
