Crinkle Fudge Peppermint Brownie Cookies
These holiday peppermint candy cookies made from chocolate fudge brownie mix embody the crinkly, crispy edges and a chocolatey chewy center, JUST like that of a brownie, but are baked into a cookie slick, and they are out of this world!

Crinkle Fudge Peppermint Brownie Cookies
1 box of Ghirardelli Double Fudge Chocolate Brownie Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peppermint candy sticks (candy canes), broken
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a cookie sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.
Add the brownie mix to a large bowl.
Add the eggs, butter, vanilla, and flour, and mix well. (It will be very thick dough).
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Roll the cookies into 1-1/2-inch balls and set them two inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with broken candy canes and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for at least 10 minutes before moving them from the pan.
Cool on a cooling rack.
