Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

We all know peanut butter and chocolate to be a marvelous combination. But, chocolate and caramel are also a match made in heaven (think EVERY candy bar on the market, basically!) Let's combine them all for a thruple of a cookie - and just settle up in heaven.





Peanut Butter Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk (1 14oz. can)
1 cup chunky peanut butter
8 Tbs. butter, room temperature
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. sea salt
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
1 ½ cups caramel chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and butter until smooth.
Add the baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Mix again until creamy.

Add the flour, ½ cup at a time, until thick and doughy.

Fold in the chocolate and caramel chips.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper and drop 1” balls evenly onto the cookie sheets, flattening to bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.

Sneak in some googley eyes ðŸ‘€ too, for a little spooky stare.
