Puffed Pastry Tomato Egg Flatbread



Both delicious and super easy, Puffed Pastry Tomato Egg Flatbread encompasses so many unique flavors into a complex, crispy, and flaky bite! Serve as an appetizer or a meal. This is simple and so amazing.



 

Puffed Pastry Tomato Egg Flatbread

 

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 5.3 oz. container Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese, slightly melted
2 large hardboiled eggs, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
sea salt and pepper
fresh thyme

 

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

 

Roll out the thawed puff pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

 

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

 

Remove from the oven and cool.

 

Once cooled, gently spread the melted Boursin cheese over the top of the puff pastry.

 

Top with sliced eggs and tomatoes, as well as salt and pepper and fresh thyme.

 

Slice and serve immediately.
